ProQuest Consulting is a Sydney-based Summit Partner with over 15 years of experience delivering powerful multi-cloud Salesforce solutions using our own very disciplined Agile PQScrum framework. Working across various industries including Public Sector, Energy, Manufacturing and Financial Services.

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Associate Consultant who is passionate about Salesforce and how technology can transform business models and processes. Working alongside a team of highly-skilled experts, you will be exposed to a variety of challenging projects across multiple sectors, assisting with the creation of innovative Salesforce solutions that help our clients solve real business problems.

The key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Following the project methodology and project delivery standards as required.
  • Accurately assisting in estimating work effort based on documented Acceptance Criteria requirements.
  • Assisting in designing, configuring, testing and delivering solutions tailored to meet agreed requirements.
  • Paying attention to the details and working according to best practices.
  • Providing high-quality documentation through exceptional written communication skills.
  • Participating in product presentations to customers.
  • Contributing to building healthy relationships with customers.
  • Helping ensure customer satisfaction by maximising product quality during releases.
  • Working in a timesheet-based role with focus on billable time.

You have...

  • At least 1+ years experience from within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience of working in an Agile software delivery environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related diploma.
  • Ideally a Salesforce Certification such as Administrator.
  • The ability to understand business processes and experience of working with customers on requirements gathering.
  • Skills in problem solving, with high attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • An eagerness to solve and work on challenging projects and like stepping outside of your comfort zone.
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to self-learning and knowledge development.
  • A strong belief in continuous improvement.
  • The ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • The ability to work independently using collaborative web-based tools.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with your teammates and your customers.

Extra points for having...

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications.
  • Any other Salesforce Certifications.
  • Experience working for a consulting company.
