Now, we’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing solutions for our customers.

You’re a:

  • Salesforce expert with 8+ years of experience in software/Salesforce development.
  • Architectural mastermind who designs robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Natural leader who mentors consultants and fosters technical excellence.
  • Trusted advisor who collaborates with C-level stakeholders and builds strong relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business challenges and technology trends.

Must-haves:

  • Certified Salesforce Application Architect and/or Salesforce System Architect (CTA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Lead Technical Consultant.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture, and multi-cloud solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in designing complex integrations and data models.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to coach and develop consultants.
  • Pre-sales and strategic consulting experience—able to scope, estimate, and win projects.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

You’ll shine if you:

  • Have experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, Boomi, or other integration platforms.
  • Thrive in Agile environments and have experience with Scrum.
  • Are passionate about continuous learning, staying ahead of Salesforce innovations.
  • Have a knack for turning business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Are comfortable in recruitment and team growth, from hiring to upskilling team members.
