We’re currently looking for a Senior Functional Consultant (Field Service Lightning Specialist) to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions for a large-scale transformation project—helping businesses unlock the full power of Salesforce and Agentforce.

Salesforce expert with deep experience in Field Service Lightning
Analytical problem solver who understands operational field challenges and how to solve them
Collaborative consultant who builds trust with clients and partners across delivery teams
Adaptable operator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
Lifelong learner with a commitment to continuous growth and excellence
4+ Salesforce certifications (Sales and Service Cloud are essential)
Solid experience implementing Field Service Lightning in complex customer environments
Proven ability to map operational processes and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Strong background in business analysis and facilitating functional workshops
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Are familiar with Agentforce and passionate about leveraging AI to improve field operations
Have worked in Agile teams (Scrum preferred)
Translate data and business challenges into actionable solutions
