We’re currently looking for a Senior Functional Consultant (Field Service Lightning Specialist) to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions for a large-scale transformation project—helping businesses unlock the full power of Salesforce and Agentforce.

Must-haves:

  • 4+ Salesforce certifications (Sales and Service Cloud are essential)

  • Solid experience implementing Field Service Lightning in complex customer environments

  • Proven ability to map operational processes and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

  • Strong background in business analysis and facilitating functional workshops

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Are familiar with Agentforce and passionate about leveraging AI to improve field operations

  • Have worked in Agile teams (Scrum preferred)

  • Translate data and business challenges into actionable solutions
