We’re now looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to lead the delivery of transformative Salesforce solutions and help our clients achieve meaningful outcomes—especially as we deepen our expertise in Agentforce and AI-driven service experiences.

Must-haves:

3+ Salesforce certifications (Sales and Service Cloud Consultant are essential)
Strong background in business analysis and facilitating client workshops
Proven ability to identify and propose multiple tailored solutions
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and implementation best practices
Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus points if you:

Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Are familiar with Agentforce and passionate about its potential to revolutionise customer service
Have worked in Agile teams (especially with Scrum)
Use data to drive insights and value-added recommendations
