Make an Impact as a Senior Account Executive/Client Advisor with ProQuest Consulting. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic sales professional keen to harness our current growth momentum to expand our delivery of innovative and transformative Salesforce solutions to a wider range of Australian companies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead significant business outcomes for key customers across various industries using the capability of the Salesforce/MuleSoft platform and their ecosystem. Working closely with our delivery team, you will champion the sales cycle end-to-end and become the trusted advisor for your portfolio of customers.

Over the mid-to-long term, you will have the opportunity to take a more strategic role in propelling our business forward.

The role:

  • Champion the ProQuest brand; leading customers through their digital transformation success with Salesforce
  • Partner with Salesforce Account Executives to acquire and win new opportunities
  • Build credibility as a Trusted Advisor
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking
  • Partner with Salesforce and our consultants to run discovery sessions
  • Define suitable solutions, budgets and timelines
  • Prepare and present stakeholder value presentations
  • Write proposals, negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Obtain feedback and recommend ways to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve challenges
  • Keep our own Salesforce CRM up to date with insightful data
  • Expand our portfolio of accounts in our key focus industries: Energy, Utilities, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing and Consumer Goods across Australia’s major geographies

  • Passionate, results-driven and motivated
  • Able to demonstrate experience and success in developing multiple strategic relationships and delivering to a sales target
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and take initiative. Well-organised, detail oriented and adaptable to change
  • Able to demonstrate strong solution advisory skills
  • Able to craft a well formulated competitive pitch
  • Technology savvy - comfortable with SaaS tools, Google Suite, LinkedIn Navigator and Salesforce

You have...

  • Experience in driving the sales process, prospecting and networking in order to build a strong sales funnel.
  • Experience converting marketing qualified leads into genuine Sales opportunities
  • Sound negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and its different products (highly regarded)
  • A curiosity and interest in business and enterprise
  • Evidence of success in meeting your objectives and progressing your career
