For this Client Advisor role, we welcome candidates with various professional experiences. You could be a consultative sales executive looking for the next step in your career, or you could be a business savvy consultant or project manager considering a move into a pre-sales customer consultation type role and excited by the opportunity to sign up new customers or expand our business within the existing base.

The role:

  • promote our leading experience in delivering digital transformation projects with Salesforce
  • leverage and nurture our existing relationship with Salesforce Account Executives in order to collect new opportunities
  • unearth new sales opportunities through networking
  • work with Salesforce and our pre-sales team to run discovery sessions
  • define suitable solutions, budgets and timelines
  • prepare and present stakeholder value presentations
  • write proposals, negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement
  • resolve challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
  • keep our CRM and business systems up to date with insightful data
  • expand our portfolio of accounts in our key focus industries: Energy, Utilities, Life Science, Health, Manufacturing and Consumer Goods across NSW, ACT and occasional VIC and QLD key opportunities

You have...

  • experience in either driving the consulting sales process or managing key aspects of the client/vendor relationship through project management or business consulting experience
  • strong negotiation skills
  • evidence of success in meeting your objectives and progressing your career
